Food was tasty. Ambience/decor was to be desired. Shows as pictures posted. It was very clean and one of the few restaurants opened late. We walked in at 9pm. They only take cash, but there was a Bank of America directly across the street.

Weirdly, a lot of places in Chinatown closed early so by 6:30-7 on a Sunday, this was one of the only places we could find still open. It was busy so we figured why not, give it a try. The food wasn't bad really, but the wait was so long that we literally saw many tables get up and leave. We waited over an hour for our food and saw some people who got there after us get their food first which was annoying.
I ordered the orange chicken and my husband got the chicken lo mein - his was better than mine but mine still wasn't that bad. I believe there probably are better Chinese places in Chinatown but will have to wait until our next trip back to find out for sure. -

This place is ridiculous expensive and not too clean, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

There are many better restaurants in SF Chinatown, so don't waste time or money visiting this one. The menu is extensive, but limited in vegetarian or healthier options. There seemed to be only one person in the kitchen and two servers, which made for a long wait. The main waiter was quite rude when I asked for more water. The food came out at very different times and was extremely bland. For Chinese food, it had almost no spice or any type of flavor.
